Regulatory Reform: Share Your Suggestions

Regulatory Reform: Share Your Suggestions
Governor Martin O'Malley recently signed an executive order calling for a 60-day state review ofRegulatory Reformcurrent state regulations with the intent of changing and/or eliminating regulations to spur faster job creation. State agencies have already started to review their regulations in order to identify those that are duplicative or outdated or create an unnecessary barrier to job creation, and they will be submitting reports to the Governor in a few weeks.

If you have a suggestion on a regulation that can be eliminated or reformed, please click here or go to MDE's home page and look for the link beneath "Business in Maryland Made Easy."  Comments will be reviewed, and your feedback could be added to the report sent to the Governor. Thank you in advance for helping to build a stronger future for our state.
