eMDE: Working for clean air, a "great' session for the environment, teacher wins Tawes Award

Volume V, Number 2 May 2012 eMDE is a quarterly publication of the Maryland Department of the Environment. It features articles on current environmental issues and events in the state.  Blowin' in the Wind: Maryland works to reduce air pollution "transport"  While the amount of air pollution generated locally has dropped dramatically, as much as 70 percent of Maryland's pollution comes from upwind states. MDE is working hard to address the problem.
